Estimates & In-Person Inspections

Properties located within a 25 mile radius (one way) from Groveland, MA qualify for a free in-person inspection and estimate.

Send a brief description of your needs, pictures, and/or videos to us for a free ballpark cost estimate. This option is beneficial if you can't meet the inspector on the property, or you wish to save on the inspection fee for long distance in-person inspections.

In some cases, if it is determined that enough information has been collected either in person or over the phone/email, a flat fee for services may be provided and honored.

You may schedule a professional in-person inspection and estimate fore any property in New England.

 Properties in excess of 25 miles but less than 100 miles (one-way) from Groveland, MA require an inspection fee. All inspection fees get credited towards the final invoice if Biohazard PRO wins the contract. 

Certain services offered qualify for long distance contracts. Properties in excess of 100 miles (one way) require custom inspection pricing. 

Inspection fees typically range from $200-$1000, and may require a travel fee for lodging and airfare accommodations in certain special situations.

Customers may obtain a detailed written report of our in-person inspection, including picture and video documentation collected,  property assessments, and proposed options for restoration. This report is separate from the written estimate provided to the customer after an inspection.

Typically these reports are beneficial for customers who are in the process of buying/selling a home, or landlords that need to understand the scope of damage a tenant caused.
